Do you offer Discounts for Bulk orders and Sunrise Family members?

Yes we do, Discounts are offered on 5+ per product. Please contact us for a quote.
We also offer 10% Discount if you are a Sunrise Family Member.
Please enter Sunrise in the discount/coupon section during ordering along with your member number in the comments box to qualify.

Q: Embroidery Designs
Why can't I choose a Large embroidery design for my hat?
A:
Sorry- but these designs are too large, there is limited embroidery space on the hats therefore the 'mini' designs are supplied and suitable for smaller items only.
Q: My order is a gift
My order is a gift, do you post direct to the recipient?
A:
Yes we do, please submit details during the order process.
Q: Turnaround Time for Orders:
How long will my order take?
A:
All orders begin being processed within 24hrs of being received.
Embroidered items are done in house aswell as the Name Meaning Prints, your item/s will be completed and posted within 1-2days* of payment being received.
Wooden products (eg: Name Puzzles & Name Plaques) take 3-4 weeks for completion and delivery.
*Please note: Depending on stock availability at time of your order placed. If we are out of stock of an item at the time we will notify you and let you know an expected time frame.
