Returns will be offered if the product or personalization of the product is incorrect and in fault of Buttons Baby Keepsakes, it is your responsibility to supply Buttons Baby Keepsakes with the correct information and instructions for all products and personalization, if you submit an incorrect order and need a replacement, it will be at your cost.
