RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Buttons Baby Keepsakes are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Customers who elect to have goods delivered to an address whereby the goods may be accepted or signed for by a 3rd party (i.e. workplace, hotel, office building) accept all responsibility for location and recovery of the goods once the carrier has reported delivery to that address.

MISSED DELIVERIES & REDELIVERIES

At the time of ordering it is possible to change the address to which an order is dispatched. Once an order is on its way Buttons Baby Keepsakes will notify you by email. If noone is present at the point of delivery the courier will leave a calling card so you may contact the courier for redelivery or pickup at the depot. If a consignment is returned to us undelivered and requires redelivery OR in the case where the courier requires further payment for a redelivery, Buttons Baby Keepsakes cannot be responsible for covering these additional charges, and any used freight charges are not refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you choose to cancel your order, you must do so within 24hrs of submitting your order or a cancellation fee will be charged as all our products are personalised.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
